Where we deliver
We deliver your order within Switzerland to the address you give us – to your home or to your business.

The free shipping threshold applies after discounts and special offers have been deducted.
Processing and delivery time
Your order is processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
All products are dispatched via Swiss Post or partner companies.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense and the shipping costs of the original delivery are not refunded. If your delivery was free of charge (from CHF 75), we deduct CHF 12.50 from the refund for restocking.
Damaged or defective goods are different: let us know within 7 days. We will replace the product or refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping – at no cost to you.
